| I MOVED HERE WITH MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER TWO YEARS AGO AND WE LOVE IT. I STARTED TO READ SOME OF THE COMMENTS AND HAD TO LAUGH AT THE GUY COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FIREWORKS. I SAY ENJOY LIFE AND DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF. WHITE TRASH IS A GOOD MIX ,INSTEAD OF ALL UPTIGHT PEOPLE BEING CONCERNED ABOUT HOW PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSE TO ACT. WE HAVE SUCH A GREAT MIX OF PEOPLE HERE AND THAT IS WHY WE LOVE IT. WE ARE SO GLAD WE MOVED HERE.

| I'd sure love this neighborhood more around New Year's Eve and 4th of July if we could do something to limit the use of fireworks. Twice a year, I find remnants of bottle rockets and various other fireworks that land on my back patio. I thank GOD that they don't land on my roof! While there isn't an ordinance against fireworks in this area (there SHOULD be), there IS a noise ordinance. I capitalize on the noise every chance I get because I don't think this entire neighborhood should be debased just because a few of our neighbors choose to act like "white trash with cash"! ENOUGH ALREADY! I would have moved to Sugarland if I wanted this kind of element in my neighborhood! Fireworks are fine & well for July 4th (NOT JULY 5th), or New Year's Eve (NOT JANUARY 2nd!). Why don't we all start learning how to respect each other a little more?

| We love the site. There is a lot of information. I wish there was a page to place ads though. We are looking for a babysitter for two hours a day for after school care. Please feel free to email if interested.
Thank you,

| Hello,
We are a family new to the PGP area and got involved with CRD in another community and offered to post this contact information here for them. They usually track land use issues near communities and keep them informed with regard to the potential impact to home & property values as well as quality of life.
With the TX 99 corridor, which runs across adjacent properties to our community, we thought our neighbors might be interested in networking to keep what is known by TX DOT as segment C from becoming part of the proposed international corridor (via a toll road). This means the private tolling of a public roadway and potentially a great deal of disruption to this area. Many of us have moved and lived in this area to get away from this type of expansion and very much value our piece of mind, which we have enjoyed so much.
Several HOAs, POAs, local groups and some politicians are already involved in this effort. We have notified Jim A. about these concerns along with our neighboring HOAs. To learn more just e-mail us at the contact provided.
Come and network with us at responsible_dvlpmnt@yahoo.com
